Alice P. Paxton is founder and President of Oakland Street Management Solutions, LLC. Alice is a highly-focused professional with more than 20 years of experience in developing and leading teams within the federal contracting arena and delivering exceptional client-facing programs.

Ms. Paxton holds a DOD secret clearance, is certified by PMI as a Program Management Professional, and holds the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)v3 Certification. Her specialties include program management, office management, to include administrative services, business process reengineering (BPR), independent verification and validation (IV&V), business analysis, risk management, change and quality management, and team development training and integration.
